UniCredit Jelzálogbank Zrt. hereby kindly informs its clients, business partners and other capital market participants that Mr. Toldi Balázs Gergely became the Member of the Supervisory Board.
The Central Bank of Hungary authorized the appointment of Mr. Toldi Balázs Gergely as the Member of the Supervisory Board by its resolution No. H-EN-I-491/2025. dated on 18 October 2025.
Furthermore, the mandate of Albert Johan Hulshof as member the Supervisory Board of the Company terminated on 30th September 2025.
