Unicredit — Board/Management Information 2020

UniCredit announces that on 4 March 2020, the independent non-executive director, Isabelle de Wismes resigned from the board of directors of UniCredit S.p.A. with immediate effect.

Isabelle de Wismes declared her choice is linked to personal reasons.

The Chairman Cesare Bisoni, the CEO Jean Pierre Mustier, all directors and statutory auditors express their sincere thanks to Isabelle de Wismes for her contribution to the Group.
