Si rende noto che il nuovo testo dello Statuto, così come modificato all'art. 5 dall'Assemblea dei soci del 27 ottobre 2023, e il verbale della stessa Assemblea sono pubblicati sul sito internet della Società (www.unicreditgroup.eu/it) nonché su quello del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" gestito da Teleborsa S.r.l. () e sono a disposizione dei Soci presso la Sede Sociale in Milano.

Minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 27 October 2023

(/en) and are available to Shareholders at the Company Registered Office in Milan.
