UniCredit: delibera di approvazione della fusione per incorporazione di UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. in UniCredit S.p.A.
In data odierna è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico, ai sensi dell'art. 70, comma 7, lettera c) del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/99 (Regolamento Emittenti), la deliberazione di approvazione della fusione per incorporazione di UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. in UniCredit S.p.A., assunta, ai sensi degli articoli 2502 e 2505, comma 2, del Codice Civile e dell'articolo 23.3 dello Statuto, dal Consiglio di Amministrazione di UniCredit S.p.A. in data 06 settembre 2022.

UniCredit: resolution approving the merger by absorption of UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. into UniCredit S.p.A.
In relation to the merger by absorption of UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. into UniCredit S.p.A., the resolution taken by the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. on 06 September 2022, resolving on the approval of the above transaction pursuant to Articles 2502 and 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and article 23.3 of the Articles of Association, has been made available to the public today pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 (Regolamento Emittenti).
