Issue of Equity

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 11 October 2017 it allotted and issued 3,351,644 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 166.44p and 172.62p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 25 July 2017. This brings the total raised to date to approximately £19.7 million after costs.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 13 October 2017.

Following this allotment, the Company now has 110,932,750 Ordinary Shares in issue.
