Announcement of Special Dividend

The Company announces that following the acquisition of Augean PLC by Ancala Partners and Fiera Infrastructure and payment of the consideration to shareholders by way of a scheme of arrangement, the Directors of the Company have decided to distribute the majority of its share of the proceeds to Shareholders. As a result, the Directors have declared a Special Dividend of 7.0p per ordinary share.

The dividend will be paid on 10 February 2022 to Shareholders on the register on 7 January 2022, the shares will be quoted ex-dividend* on 6 January 2022.

*  Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend
