The Company refers to the Appendix 2A which was lodged on 10 August 2021 and notes that the calculation used to computer the shares was incorrect. The correct VWAP which should have been used should have been based on execution date of the Definitive Sale and Purchase Agreement (Notice of exercise) instead of the Options Agreement.
