Resignation of Director

5 May 2021

E2 Metals ( E2 or the Company ) advises that Mr Alastair Morrison has resigned as a Non-Executive Director on 4 May 2021 to pursue other interests.

As a seasoned geologist with more than 30 years of experience in the mineral exploration and investment field, Mr Morrison has been an asset to the Company and has contributed to the Company’s growth since his appointment in February 2019. The Board would like to thank Mr Morrison for his valued opinions and contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.

Mr Morrison’s Appendix 3Z is annexed to this announcement.
