COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION

The Company is pleased to announce that the Acquisition was completed on 21 December 2006.

References are made to the announcement of the Company dated 28 November 2006 and to the circular dated 18 December 2006 (“ Circular ”) issued by the Company to its shareholders relating to the acquisition by Lelion Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, of the entire issued share capital of Nan Hoo Properties Limited (together with Beijing Genetech Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the “Target Group ”) and certain unsecured, interest-free loan owing from the Target Group to one of the Vendors as contemplated under the Acquisition Agreement dated 27 November 2006.

Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Acquisition was completed on 21 December 2006.
