RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board announces that, with effect from 18 September 2015, Mr. Fung Kwok Leung has resigned as a non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee of the Board.

RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The board (“ Board ”) of directors (“ Directors ”, and each, a “ Director ”) of Uni-Bio Science Group Limited (“ Company ”) wishes to announce that with effect from 18 September 2015, Mr. Fung Kwok Leung (“ Mr. Fung ”) has resigned as a non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee of the Board due to his other business engagements which require more of his dedication.

Mr. Fung has confirmed that he did not have any disagreement with the Board and that there was no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Fung for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
