New Spring Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces the change of its company secretary as follow:

The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company announces that Ms. Choi Yuen Wah’s position as company secretary of the Company be vacated and Mr. Cheng Yun Ming has been appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from 15th April 2004.
