On October 25, 2016 , Under Armour, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016 . Under Armour has scheduled a conference call for 8:30 a.m. ET on October 25, 2016 to discuss its financial results, and a portion of the script for that call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
