Item 8.01. Other Events.

Effective May 8, 2017, Kip Fulks, the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Under Armour, Inc. (the “Company”), is assuming the role of Strategic Advisor to the Company, reporting to Kevin Plank, Chairman and CEO. In his new role Mr. Fulks will lead key strategic initiatives at the Company, leveraging his broad-based experience throughout critical areas of the organization, with an initial focus on improving operational efficiency within the business. Mr. Fulks has held numerous leadership positions with the Company since its founding, including in product, marketing, sourcing and operations. The existing product and marketing senior management teams will continue to oversee those functions.
