NOTICE OF AGM

Copies of the Annual Report and financial statements for the 16 months to 31 January 2022 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders today.  They will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website, www.unboundgroupplc.com

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the office of Hogan Lovells International LLP at Atlantic House, 50 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG on Thursday, 12 May 2022 at 11.00 am.
