Cancellation of Listing

The Company confirms that the listing of its ordinary shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 18 January 2024. Further to its announcement on 31 October 2023, the Company confirms that it continues to pursue opportunities for value recovery for its shareholders. This could include a transaction of some form as previously notified. There is no guarantee that such a transaction will take place nor as to its terms, however, the Company will continue to pursue its objectives once de-listed from AIM.
