In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), Unbound confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 65,155,980 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (and holds no shares in treasury). Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date is 65,155,980.
