Electra Private Equity PLC, following announcements made by F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited ("FCPT") both today and yesterday, 23 April 2019, announces that subject to FCPT qualifying and entering into the UK REIT regime, Linda Wilding, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive director of FCPT, with effect from 3 June 2019.
