ANNOUNCEMENT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT

UMS Integration Limited (the “ Company ”) wishes to inform shareholders that the Company will be providing transportation to shareholders who are attending the Annual General Meeting (the “ AGM ”) on 30[th] April 2026.

As the bus will have a seating capacity for 43 passengers, shareholders are advised to come early as seats will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. There will be no repeat service.

Transport details are as follows:

Transport from Sengkang MRT to AGM venue:

Pick-up Date : 30th April 2026 Pick-up time : 9.30 am (There will be no waiting time) Drop-off time : 15 – 20 mins bus ride Pick-up point : Sengkang MRT Station - at the Passenger Service counter at Concourse level

Return trip from AGM venue to Sengkang MRT:

Pick-up time : 12:30pm (No waiting time) Drop-off time : 15 – 20 mins bus ride Drop-off point : Sengkang MRT

The company will have a staff member who will be wearing UMS T-shirt to co-ordinate at the meet up / pick up point.
