Déclaration de transparence par BlackRock, Inc. et par Bank of America Corp.
Conformément à l'article 14, § 1 de la loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité des participations importantes, Umicore a récemment été informée par :
- BlackRock Inc. qu'elle a franchi à la baisse le seuil légal de 5 % pour les droits de vote directs et les instruments financiers équivalents, ainsi que le seuil statutaire de 3 % pour les droits de vote directs, le 30 août 2024. La participation totale en droits de vote directs et en instruments financiers équivalents de BlackRock Inc. s'élève désormais à 3,53 %.
- Bank of America Corp. qu'elle a franchi à la hausse le seuil légal de 5 % pour les droits de vote directs et les instruments financiers équivalents, ainsi que le seuil statutaire de 3 % pour les droits de vote directs, le 30 août 2024. La participation totale en droits de vote directs et en instruments financiers équivalents de Bank of America s'élève désormais à 5,41 %.

Umicore est un groupe spécialisé dans la technologie des matériaux circulaires. Il se concentre sur les domaines d'application où son expertise en science des matériaux, en chimie et en métallurgie fait une réelle différence. Le Groupe a réalisé des revenus (hors métaux) de € 1,8 milliards (chiffre d'affaires de € 7,4 milliards) au cours du premier semestre 2024
