On July 24, 2012, UMB Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the financial results for the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On July 24, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a regular dividend of $0.205 per share to be paid on October 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
