Notice is hereby given for the attention of all our esteemed shareholders that in pursuance of Section 344 (3) of the State Bank of India Act, 1955, any amount of dividend which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of seven years from the date of transfer of such dividend amount to unpaid dividend account of the Bank, shall be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), established under sub-section (1) of Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (Section 125 of Companies Act, 2013).
