The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (“NRC”) has granted 1,521 Stock Options, comprising of 1,381 Options and 140 Performance Stock Units (“PSUs”) on 3[rd] February, 2026 to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the UltraTech Cement Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme, 2022 (“the Scheme - 2022”). The details of grant are as follows:
