We write to inform you that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (“NRC”) has granted 131,280 Stock Options, comprising of 117,423 Options and 13,857 Performance Stock Units on 21[st] July, 2023 to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the UltraTech Cement Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme, 2022 (“the Scheme”).

Number of Stock Options Granted	131,280 Stock Options in aggregate, comprising of 117,423 Optionsand 13,857 Performance Stock Units (“PSUs”).

Vesting Period	For Options - 33% every year, over 3 years. The first vesting beingon completion of one year from date of grant.For PSUs: PSUs-100% vesting at end of 3 years from date of grant.

Exercise Price	For Options - Rs. 8,224.15 per Option, based on the "Market Price"on 20thJuly, 2023 in accordance with applicable SEBI SBEBRegulations.For PSU-Rs.10/-per PSU.
