Sub: Company Update: Commissioning of cement capacity

Dear Sirs,

The Company is pleased to announce the commissioning of additional cement capacity at its various locations, as outlined below, leading to an increased production capacity of 1.8 mtpa:

Consequent to the above, the Company’s total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity stands at 188.66 mtpa. Alongwith its overseas capacity of 5.4 mtpa, the Company’s global capacity stands at 194.06 mtpa.
