• ii. recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ending 31[st] March, 2025.

In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed or Proposed to be Listed Securities, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected / Designated Persons from 1[st] April, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to 30[th] April, 2025 (both days inclusive).
