In terms of Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Register of Members of UltraTech Cement Limited will remain closed from Friday, 31[st] July, 2020 to Wednesday, 12[th] August, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company and also for determining eligibility of dividend.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 12[th] August, 2020 through video conferencing / other audio-visual means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM, will be paid on or after 13[th] August, 2020. The relevant details are as under:

Book Closure:

Friday, 31[st] July, 2020 to Wednesday, 12[th] August, 2020 (both days inclusive)

Annual General Meeting:

Day and Date : Wednesday, 12[th] August, 2020 Time : 3:00 p.m. (IST) Venue : The proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company i.e. ‘B’ Wing, Ahura Centre, 2[nd] Floor, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093.
