Distribution of dividends

São Paulo, March 11, 2025 – U ltrapar Participações S.A., in addition to the notice to shareholders disclosed on February 26, 2025, informs that, due to the buyback of 400,000 shares between February 26 and March 6, 2025, within the context of the ongoing buyback program, the dividend payment amount corresponding to R$ 0.45 per share will now be R$ 0.450164260 per share. The total amount remains unchanged .
