S&P Global credit rating upgrade

São Paulo, December 21, 2023 – Ultrapar Participações S.A. (B3: UGPA3 / NYSE: UGP, "Ultrapar"), hereby informs that S&P Global Ratings agency upgraded Ultrapar’s global scale credit rating to BBB-, with a stable outlook. With this upgrade, Ultrapar comes back to an investment grade rating.
