São Paulo, September 21 , 2020 – Ultrapar Participações S.A. ( “ Company ” , B3: UGPA3 / NYSE: UGP) , in accordance with the notice to the mark et of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (“Petrobras”), confirms that it was notified by Petrobras that the binding stage of the competitive process of divestment of the Presidente Getúlio Vargas Refinery ( Repar ) c ounts with the participation of Ultrapar.
