São Paulo, January 8, 2019 – Ultrapar Participações S.A. (“Ultrapar”), in compliance with article 12 of CVM Instruction no. 358/02, hereby informs that it was notified by Standard Life Aberdeen PLC. (“SLA plc”), on January 8, 2019, regarding the disposition of equity interests of the Company. Therefore, SLA plc reached an aggregate ownership position of 4.94% of shares issued by Ultrapar, equivalent to a total of 27,495,383 shares.
