Report Content The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that, as a consequence of theimplementation of the crypto-asset treasury strategy (adopted asdisclosed in ESPI report No. 15/2025), on 25 August 2025 the Company'ssubsidiary, Outstanding Move Games sp. z o.o. ("OMG"), acquired itsfirst assets in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin ("BTC") in the amount of 0.3BTC. The acquisition of Bitcoin took place through the granting to OMGof interest-free loans denominated in Bitcoin, provided for a period of1 month from the date of disbursement, with the explicit intention ofconverting these loans into shares in the increased share capital of theCompany, series K (which is expected to occur within the following 2weeks).

The Management Board emphasizes that this transaction constitutes atechnical and formal pilot project, preceding the establishment of acrypto-asset treasury within the Ice Code Games Group. The pilot hasbeen conducted for the purpose of verifying the correctness of theentire process.
