As disclosed in our public disclosure dated 10.05.2024, the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye has approved the issuance and sale of debt securities abroad, valid for one year from the date of approval. In this respect, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International, Emirates NBD Bank PJSC, HSBC Bank plc and Rabo Securities have been mandated for the sale of the bonds to be issued by our Company to qualified investors outside Türkiye in the format of "Rule 144A" and/or "Regulation S". Starting from June 27, 2024, it is planned that the senior management of our Company will attend a series of investor meetings to be organized with potential investors residing outside of Türkiye. The final decision regarding the issuance of the bonds, including the amount and terms of the issue, will be determined based on market conditions following these meetings, and the sale will be completed after obtaining the tranche issue document from the Capital Markets Board. Any further developments will be disclosed to the public.
