Şirketimizin 12.03.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamasına konu tahvil ihracı kapsamında, Şirketimiz ve ihracı planlanan tahviller uluslararası kredi derecelendirme kuruluşları S&P Global Ratings Europe Limited ("S&P") ve Fitch Ratings Limited ("Fitch") tarafından kredi derecelendirmesi işlemine tabi tutulmuştur.

Derecelendirme kapsamında Fitch şirketimizin Uzun Vadeli Yabancı Para Cinsinden notunu B+'den BB-'ye yükseltmiş , görünüm Positif olarak korumuştur.

S&P şirketimizin kredi derecelendirme notunu B'den BB'ye yükseltmiş ve görünümü durağan olarak belirlemiştir.

S&P ve Fitch tarafından şirketimiz tarafından ihraç edilecek tahvillere ilişkin derecelendirmede ise, S&P uzun vadeli kredi derecelendirme notu BB görünümü durağan, Fitch uzun vadeli kredi derecelendirme notu BB- olarak arttırması beklenmektedir.

Within the scope of the bond issuance disclosed in our Company's public disclosure dated 12.03.2024, our Company and the bonds planned to be issued were rated by international rating agencies, namely, S&P Global Ratings Europe Limited ("S&P") and Fitch Ratings Limited ("Fitch").

Within the scope of the ratings,

Fitch has upgraded the Company's long-term credit rating from B+ to  BB- with an outlook of positive and S&P has upgraded the Company's credit rating from B to BB with an outlook of Stable.

Regarding the ratings by S&P and Fitch related to the bonds to be issued by our Company, S&P has affirmed the expected long-term credit rating as BB with an outlook of Stable, and Fitch has affirmed the expected long-term credit rating as BB-.
