Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Şirket merkezimizde toplanarak ,

1- Şirketimizin 2022 yılı hesap döneminde vergi bilançosu kapsamında net dağıtılabilir kârının olmaması sebebiyle Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'ne (II-19.1) göre kâr dağıtma imkânı bulunmamakta olup, 2022 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin kâr dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun Şirketimizin 2022 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına,

2- Şirketin finansal tablolarında yer alan geçmiş yıl zararlarının mahsubuyla ilgili olarak, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Pay Tebliği (VII-128.1) madde 16/3 hükmü uyarınca, gerekli mahsup ve kayıtların yapılması hususunun Şirketimizin 2022 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Genel Kurulun takdirine sunulmasına

oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.

23.03.2023 tarihinde yapılan olağan genel kurul toplantısında kar payı dağıtılamayacağı hususu görüşüldü ve oyçokluğuyla onaylandı.
