UK COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED31 MARCH 2015RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETINGThe Board of UK Commercial Property Trust Limited (the "Company") is pleased toannounce that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earliertoday, the resolution to adopt new articles of incorporation removing theobligation to hold a continuation vote in 2016 and to replace it with anobligation to hold a continuation vote in 2020 and at least seven yearlythereafter, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 5 March 2015 (the"Circular"), was duly approved by shareholders.As set out in the Circular, the Company expects to execute a conditional £100million 12 year term loan facility agreement with Cornerstone Real EstateAdvisers Europe LLP, a member of the MassMutual Financial Services Groupshortly.In addition, it is expected that the extension of the term of the ExistingBarclays Facility to 2020 and the provision of a five year revolving creditfacility of up to £50million with Barclays will also be agreed shortly.Details of the proxy votes lodged before the meeting will be available shortlyat www.ukcpt.co.uk.
