Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby inform you that the Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Committee”) at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, 09[th] March, 2023 has, inter alia, approved the issuance of Commercial papers to the tune of INR 15 crores for a period of 363 days and INR 50 crores for a period upto 363 days as per the particulars furnished in the “ Annexure ”.
