Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Part A of Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , this is to inform you that on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, have inter-alia, transacted the following businesses:
- Re-appointed Mr. Chandan Sanjeev Shirgaokar (DIN: 00208200) & Mr. Niraj Shishir Shirgaokar (DIN: 00254525) as Managing Directors (MDs) of the Company for a further period of three (3) years with effect from April, 1 2021 on the existing salary, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details of Mr. Chandan Sanjeev Shirgaokar & Mr. Niraj Shishir Shirgaokar required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is given in Annexure I.
