एकता परिषद के संस्थापक राजगोपाल पीवी ने राष्ट्रीय एकता को मजबूत करने के मकसद से 'गांव में गांधी' अभियान की घोषणा की। इसका उद्देश्य विभिन्न समुदायों को एक साथ आने की प्रेरणा देना है, ताकि एक सशक्त और समृद्ध भारत की ओर कदम बढाया जा सके। एकता परिषद की राष्ट्रीय समिति ने इस अभियान का समर्थन किया है। समिति के अनुसार यह एक अहम कदम है जो हमारे देश की एकता और अखंडता को बढावा देने में मदद करेगा। महात्मा गांधी के ग्रामस्वराज की अवधारणा अत्यंत व्यापक है।

उनका मानना था कि भारत की स्वतंत्रता की शुरुआत नीचे से होनी चाहिए। महात्मा गांधी ने ग्राम के गणतंत्र के रूप की कल्पना की है जो आत्मनिर्भरता का पर्याय होगा उन्होंने गांव को स्वतंत्र राजनीतिक और आर्थिक इकाइयों के रूप में देखने की चाह की थी।

दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने कर्मचारियों के वेतन को मंजूरी नहीं मिलने के कारण बंद हुए कनाट प्लेस में स्थित 'स्मांग टावर' का संचालन फिर से शुरू करने और धनराशि के तत्काल भुगतान का सोमवार को निर्देश दिया। अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी।

राय ने कहा कि विभाग को रिपोर्ट मिली थीं कि बीते दो महीने के वेतन का भुगतान नहीं होने के चलते कर्मचारियों ने फिर से स्माग टावर बंद कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कदम प्रत्यक्ष रूप से अदालत की अवमानना के समान है। दिल्ली पर्यावरण विभाग की ओर से जारी

बयान में कहा गया है कि दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के अध्यक्ष ने इससे पहले दूसरे वर्ष के लिए संचालन और रखरखाव निधि जारी करने पर रोक लगाकर अगस्त 2023 में स्माग टावर का संचालन मनमाने ढंग से बंद कर दिया गया था। डीपीसीसी के अध्यक्ष ने मंत्रिपरिषद के निर्णय का उल्लंघन करते हुए स्वतः उक्त कार्रवाई की थी। नवंबर

2023 में उच्चतम न्यायालय के हस्तक्षेप के बाद 'स्माग टावर' का संचालन फिर से शुरू किया गया था। दिल्ली पर्यावरण विभाग ने कहा कि डीपीसीसी अध्यक्ष को 48 घंटे के अंदर (यानी 10 जनवरी तक) पर्यावरण मंत्री को एक विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

राजनिवास के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार के मुख्य सचिव द्वारा गठित समिति ने केंद्र

के प्रारूप के अनुरूप राजस्व विभाग के प्रमाणपत्र के निर्धारित प्रारूप को अपनाने की सिफारिश की है। उपराज्यपाल की मंजूरी से आवेदकों को गैर-क्रीमी लेयर तथा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के प्रमाणपत्र जारी करना सरल और मानकीकृत हो जाएगा।

10 लोगों की जान बची नई दिल्ली, 8 जनवरी।

राजधानी में रविवार आधी रात लिफ्ट फंसने की घटना सामने आई है। दरअसल राजेंद्र प्लेस इलाके की एक इमारत में लिफ्ट में एक साथ 10 लोग फंस गए। इसके बाद अग्निशमन विभाग और पुलिस को सूचना दी गई, जिन्होंने मौके पर पहुंचकर लगभग चार घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद लिफ्ट को काटकर सोमवार सुबह 6:30 बजे लोगों को लिफ्ट

से निकाला। घटना के पोछे का कारण का पता नहीं चल घटना के पीछे पाया है लेकिन शुरुआती जांच में तकनीकी खामी ही कारण के रूप में सामने आया है। पुलिस ने अन्य बिंदुओं से भी मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। ंदिल्ली अग्निशमन विभाग के मुताबिक रविवार देर

रात पौने तीन बजे के करीब एक सूचना मिली कि मध्य दिल्ली के राजेंद्रनगर के एक रेस्तरों-सह-बार की लिफ्ट में दस लोग फंसे हुए हैं। सूचना मिलते ही तुरंत तीन दमकलों के साथ बचाव टीमों को मौके पर भेजा गया। अग्निशमन विभाग के प्रमुख अतुल गर्ग के मुताबिक पूसा रोड, पुराना राजेंद्र नगर में 'इल्यूम द सोइर' नाम के रेस्त्रां सह बार के लिफ्ट में फंसे दस लोगों को बचाया गया। सोमवार सुबह सूचना के बाद इस आपरेशन को पूरा करने में लगभग चार घंटे लगे। लिफ्ट की छत को काट कर लोगों को सुरक्षित बचाया गया। लिफ्ट जिस जगह पर फंसी हुई थी, वहां दीवार थी। दीवार की चौड़ाई भी 18 से 20 इंच मोटी थी। उसे तोड़कर फिर लिफ्ट को काटने में समय लग सकता था। बिना लिफ्ट काटे लोगों के निकालने की कोई संभावना नहीं थी।
