CFC Industriebeteiligungen sells delmod-International to Hanse
Industriekapital

Dortmund, 24 July 2009

CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund,
has sold its 43.3% equity interest, receivables and loans in
delmod-International GmbH & Co. KG, Delmenhorst (including the Hirsch and
Dinomoda brands), to an affiliate of Hanse Industriekapital - Beteiligungs
GmbH, Hamburg. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality on the
purchase price. CFC previously noted the loss expected in the event of a
sale in its ad hoc communication of 16 July 2009.
