Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Shri Subhash Shankar Malik, who was appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank for a period of three years vide Government of India notification F.No.6/8/2022-BO.I dated 08.05.2023 under section 9(3)(h) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act,1970, has ceased to be a Director upon completion of his tenure.
