1. Résumé de la notification
Conformément à l'article 14 de la loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité des participations importantes, UCB SA annonce avoir reçu une déclaration de transparence de BlackRock, Inc. (ayant son siège social à 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, 10001, Etats-Unis), le 5 novembre 2024.
BlackRock, Inc. a annoncé que, suite à une cession d'actions UCB avec droit de vote par ses sociétés liées, sa participation dans UCB a diminué et a franchi le seuil de 5% à la baisse, le 4 novembre 2024.
Le 4 novembre 2024, BlackRock, Inc. (en tenant compte des participations de ses sociétés liées) détenait 9 710 241 actions UCB avec droits de vote et 73 003 instruments financiers assimilés, soit ensemble 5,03% du total des actions émises par la société (194 505 658), contre 5,07% (9 815 274 actions UCB et 45 273 instruments financiers assimilés) dans sa déclaration précédente, datée du 7 octobre 2024.
