INSIDE INFORMATION COMPLETION OF THE H SHARE FULL CIRCULATION BY THE COMPANY

This announcement is made by UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP LTD (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the announcements of the Company dated September 2, 2024, September 20, 2024, September 30, 2024, January 27, 2025 and February 28, 2025 (the "Announcements") in relation to the proposed implementation of the H Share Full Circulation of certain domestic shares of the Company. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

COMPLETION OF THE H SHARE FULL CIRCULATION

The Board is pleased to announce that the conversion of an aggregate of 42,173,987 domestic shares of the Company was completed on March 7, 2025 and the listing of the Converted H Shares on the Stock Exchange will commence at 9:00 a.m. on March 10, 2025.
