Vienna (pta020/05.03.2015/17:35) - In accordance with Art. 93 Sec. 6 Stock Exchange Act, UBM Realitätenentwicklung Aktiengesellschaft ("UBM") announces its intention to increase a bond (ISIN AT0000185Y1) issued in July 2014 by up to EUR 25,000,000 in the course of a private placement.
