ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 6, 2025 – U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (“USPH” or the “Company”) (NYSE, NYSE Texas: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, hosted a conference call and webcast to discuss its results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. The transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
