Appendix 3B – Share Placement

TZ Limited (ASX: TZL) (the Company ) encloses an Appendix 3B in respect of the 36,363,637 ordinary shares issued pursuant to TZ Limited's recent share placement (further to the Company's announcement on 20 June 2016) ( Placement ). The shares were issued today, 24 June 2016. All shares issued under the Placement were issued at a price of 11 cents per share. All of the 36,363,637 shares were issued under the Company's 15% placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.
