Locker Purchase and Software Development Agreement

TZ Limited (“ TZ ”, the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Locker Purchase and Software Development Agreement with an Asian division of a global courier delivery services company to pioneer a new B2B service to be implemented initially in Australia.

The Agreement covers the purchase of a specific Smart Locker design solution and the associated licensing and modification of TZ’s PAD platform software solution in order to support the implementation of the new service offering. Under the Agreement, TZ will provide not only the hardware and software elements but will also assist with managing and coordinating the program including providing on-going support and system maintenance.

Although TZ will not earn a material level of revenue from the Agreement, it is being entered into as a pilot and, if successful, is expected to lead to broader implementation in Australia and other regional markets such as Japan and New Zealand, where the potential for the service has also been identified.
