Appendix 3X – Simon White

TZ Limited (the ‘ Company ’) (ASX: TZL ) has lodged today the Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice ( Appendix 3X ) for Mr Simon White who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 26 August 2021.

The delay in lodging the Appendix 3X was due to an internal administrative oversight.

The Company’s directors are required to disclose any transactions conducted by them regarding the Company’s securities under the Company’s Securities Trading Policy.

The Company does not believe its current disclosure arrangement as inadequate, and the Company is committed to strict compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and all applicable regulatory requirements.
