EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE FOR NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

TZ Limited (ASX:TZL) (the Company ) refers to the Company's recently announced nonrenounceable rights issue of new fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) on the basis of 1 New Share for every 2 existing shares held at the record date of 4 May 2021 ( Offer ) and wishes to advise that it has extended the closing date for the Offer to 5pm ( Sydney time ) on Monday, 7 June 2021 to allow existing eligible Shareholders more time to participate in the Offer.

As a result, the revised timetable for the Offer is as follows:
