TZ Limited (ASX: TZL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of TZ Limited (‘TZL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TZL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 9 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TZ Limited ACN 073 99 272 (ASX: TZL) (Company) requests that an immediate halt be applied to the trading in its securities and provides the following information to ASX in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• the Company requests an immediate Trading Halt on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising by the Company.

• the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until such time the company makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising, but not beyond the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 9 November 2021;

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt .
