Extension of Share Purchase Plan
TZ Limited (ASX: TZL ) ( TZ or the Company ) wishes to advise that, due to continuing demand from shareholders, the Company has decided to extend the closing date for its Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) to 5.00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 17 December 2019 .
Under the SPP, each Eligible Shareholder is entitled to apply for a parcel of new fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) ranging from a minimum of $5,000 to a maximum of $30,000, without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs. The issue price of Shares under the SPP is $0.105 per Share, which represents a 19.2% discount to the volume weighted average sale price of TZ shares over the last 5 business days on which shares were traded immediately prior to the announcement of the SPP.
The updated timetable for the Offer is as follows:
